Snap Voyagers Traveler Booking Agreement
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned traveler ("Traveler") and Snap Voyagers, operated by VTX, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company"). By signing below and completing a booking, Traveler agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Trip Details
This Agreement applies to the following trip:

- Total Cost: $[Insert Price]
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- A deposit of [Insert %] is required to reserve a spot. Full payment is due by [Insert Deadline].
- Refunds:
- More than 90 days prior to trip: Full refund minus $150 admin fee
- 60–89 days: 50% refund
- Less than 60 days: No refund
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to trips@snapvoyagers.com.
3. Assumption of Risk
I understand that travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to: injury, illness, accidents, theft, inclement weather, natural disasters, travel delays, political instability, and wildlife encounters. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Snap Voyagers shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or death.
4. Health & Medical Authorization
I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this trip. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to Snap Voyagers. I authorize Snap Voyagers and its agents to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary, and I accept responsibility for any associated costs.
5. Travel Insurance
I acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance covering trip interruption, medical emergencies, evacuations, and personal belongings. I understand that Snap Voyagers does not provide insurance or reimburse uninsured losses.
6. Conduct & Dismissal
I agree to behave respectfully toward other travelers, group leaders, and locals. Snap Voyagers may remove me from the trip without refund for behavior deemed dangerous, unlawful, or disruptive to the group.
7. Media Release
I grant Snap Voyagers and its representatives a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute photos or videos taken of me or shared by me during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes, unless I opt out in writing before the trip begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
I agree to release and hold harmless Snap Voyagers, VTX, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and independent contractors from any and all liability for claims related to this trip, including injury, death, property loss, delay, or disruption, except where prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Travis County, TX.
10. Acceptance
I have read and understand this agreement, and I agree to its terms.
