Snap Voyagers Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Traveler: A user booking photography trips.
Group Leader / Contractor: A photography guide leading trips.
Platform: The Snap Voyagers website and services.
Trip: Any scheduled photography travel itinerary.

2. Use of the Platform

You must be 18+ to use the platform. You are responsible for your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations of these Terms.

3. Relationship with Snap Voyagers

Snap Voyagers is a facilitator. We connect travelers with independent Group Leaders, process payments, and may coordinate lodging, transport, and meals.

Coordinating logistics does not create an employment relationship. Group Leaders remain fully independent.

4. Group Leader Terms

Group Leaders are independent contractors.
They control how they teach and lead trips.
They may work elsewhere and decline assignments.
They may opt into logistics coordination by Snap Voyagers.
They are responsible for their own insurance.

5. Traveler Terms

Travelers must understand trip details and meet requirements.
They must bring necessary documents and insurance.
They may be removed for disruptive behavior with no refund.

6. Bookings, Payments & Fees

All prices are shown clearly during booking. Unless noted, airfare is not included. Snap Voyagers facilitates payments and pays leaders separately per their agreement.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are governed by the trip’s cancellation policy.
Deposits are usually non-refundable.
Snap Voyagers may issue refunds or credits if a trip is canceled by a leader or due to low booking.

8. Logistics & Arrangements

Snap Voyagers may coordinate lodging, transportation, or meals for travelers and Group Leaders as part of the trip experience. Group Leaders retain autonomy in how they lead the trip.

9. Force Majeure

Snap Voyagers is not liable for cancellations caused by weather, war, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.

10. Insurance

Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel, health, and gear insurance. Group Leaders must maintain their own insurance coverage.

11. Medical Authorization & Costs

In an emergency, you authorize us or the group leader to obtain care on your behalf. You are financially responsible for any related costs.

12. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking or participating, you waive liability claims against Snap Voyagers, VTX, LLC, and its contractors to the fullest extent allowed by law.

13. Intellectual Property & Media

Snap Voyagers owns all content on the platform.
Group Leaders retain rights to their teaching materials.
Group Leaders grant Snap Voyagers a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute photos or videos shared for marketing purposes, unless opted out in advance.

14. Privacy

We collect and use data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to our policies.

15. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. All disputes will be handled in Travis County, Texas.
